Partner Up! for Public Health, HealthSTAT & Georgia Public Health Association present…
In November of 2011, Partner Up! asked Georgia students to recreate the “This is Public Health” national campaign by creating a video emphasizing the importance of public health in their community. Students were encouraged to produce creative, original and informative videos addressing the question – “What is public health?”
By the deadline of March 1, 2012, 12 student teams from across the state had submitted resourceful, informative and engaging videos educating their communities on public health and its importance to us all.
The Partner Up! for Public Health campaign wishes to express our gratitude to all students who participated and all professors and experts who provided guidance for student teams. We are truly impressed with the level of effort and commitment each and every team devoted to this process.
It is our great pleasure to announce that the winner of the Partner Up! “This Is Public Health” Student Video Contest is the Mercer University Public Health Association presenting "This is Public Health: Addressing Issues and Creating Solutions".
